Are all transfers private?

Yes, all transfers and shuttle services are private. We collect you from Cape Town International Airport and transfer you directly to point B or vice versa.

Where will I find my driver when being collected at the airport?

You will be met in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage. The driver will have a sign with your name on it. We recommend that you keep our number in the unlikely event of any problems at the airport.

  • For domestic arrivals – 15 minutes after your flight has disembarked.
  • For international arrivals – 30 minutes after your flight has disembarked.

Under Lockdown Level 3, only passengers and airport staff will be allowed into the terminal buildings.

  • For collection at CTIA under level 3, the meeting point will be in Parkade 2 in the "Pick up and GO" garage. We will, however liase with the client once they have landed to make the picking up process easier.

How can payment be made?

Payment can be made in cash to the driver, alternatively you may pre-pay by EFT or online Credit Card with Payfast (Visa & Mastercard).

How long in advance do I need to book a private airport shuttle/transfer?

Bookings can be taken at any time, up to a few hours in advance. Of course, the sooner a booking is made the greater the guarantee of availability.

What measures are in place to combat the spread of COVID 19?

Our vehicles are mantained regularly and cleaned on a daily basis.

Since the outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, life as we know it has changed.

In our commitment to maintain a safe and clean environment, all touching surfaces are cleaned with a high alcohol content based sanitizer before and after each airport transfer, i.e 

  • door handles and releases
  • seatbelts and clips
  • window switches
  • interior lights
  • grab handles

Drivers have also been instructed to no longer greet by handshake and to instead nod their head in order maintain a physical distance.

Both driver and passengers have to wear masks.

Both driver and passengers hands will be sanitized before each transfer.
